"Quick Help With My Booking"
I had a question about my booking, so I messaged customer service, not really expecting much right away. But they got back to me fast and basically sorted it out without turning it into some big complicated thing. We were trying to line things up with friends, so the quick reply actually helped a lot. Solid experience overall

I was ready to place my order, but the checkout kept acting weird and it made me a little nervous. Pages were loading oddly and I wasn’t sure if my payment was going to go through twice or if my info was being handled properly. I ended up stopping before completing the purchase because I didn’t want to risk any billing issues.

"Really fun room with solid puzzles"
I did a room at omescape with some friends, and I had a really good time. The puzzle design felt super solid, and nothing seemed random or thrown in just to be confusing. Whenever we figured something out, it actually made sense afterward, which I always appreciate. A few clues were definitely tricky, but they were not frustrating, so it stayed fun the whole way through. I also liked that the room had a nice mix of hands-on parts and puzzles that made us stop and think. Overall, it was a super fun experience

Went with a group of friends we had such a good time. The puzzles were actually tricky in a fun way, not the kind that make you want to throw your hands up and question why you even showed up. We were laughing the whole time, mostly at ourselves, and it made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely go again, no hesitation.

We went as a group of 7, and honestly… yeah, that was too many for the room. The game itself was fun and the staff were really nice, so no complaints there, but a few of us were basically just standing around waiting for something to do. Which is kind of frustrating when you’ve paid to participate, not hover in the background like an extra. I really think this would be way better with maybe 4 or 5 people max. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish the ideal group size had been made a little clearer before we booked.

"Finally a place where I could actually relax"
I usually feel like I’m the one who ends up uncomfortable or on edge everywhere I go, so I was expecting the same here. But this place was super safe, really comfy, and surprisingly chill. For once, I didn’t feel like I had to worry about everything the whole time.

We had a really fun time in the rooms, and it definitely wasn’t something you could just breeze through alone. You needed teamwork for sure. Some of the clues were tricky, and a couple weren’t no easy solve, but that made it more interesting. Overall, it was a fun experience and I’d do it again

I went to Omescape with a few friends, the first thing we all noticed was how clean everything was. The lobby looked nice, the rooms felt well taken care of, and even the props didn’t have that dusty, worn-out feel you sometimes run into at escape rooms. The bathrooms were clean too, which I always appreciate. If you’re in the area and looking for a place that feels comfortable and well maintained, this is a solid one to check out.

"Challenging but super fun"
We tried one of the harder rooms at omescape and honestly... it was a really good time. A few puzzles had us stuck for a bit, but nothing felt unfair or impossible. We ended up asking for one hint, and the staff was really nice about it... helpful without giving too much away. It was challenging in the fun kind of way, not the frustrating kind. I’d definitely go back and try another room.

"Convenient Spot, But Felt a Bit Impersonal"
The location worked out well for us, it was easy enough to get to and there were plenty of food options nearby afterward. Parking was kind of a hassle though, and we had to wander a bit to figure out where the entrance was. Overall it was fine, not a bad experience, but it definitely felt a little rushed and impersonal, like we were just another ticket number rather than actual people

"Decent Room, But the Hints Were Frustrating"
The room itself was okay, but compared to other escape rooms I’ve done, the hint system really wasn’t great. It took too long to get help, and when we did, the clues were kind of confusing. A couple times they didn’t even seem to match what we were actually stuck on, which made it more frustrating than helpful.

"Frustrating Wait and Poor Time Management"
The time management was bad. I ended up waiting around longer than expected, and whenever I asked about it, it felt like the delay was brushed off with some policy excuse instead of actually being handled. I get that rules exist, but it was still really frustrating as a customer.

"Our game master was really nice…"
Our game master was really nice and would give us hints whenever we asked, which definitely helped keep us from completely spiraling into chaos. That said, there were a few moments where it took a while to get a response, and the game kind of came to a dramatic halt while we stood there wondering what to do next. It made things feel a little stuck at times, but overall, we still had a good time.

The sets were okay overall, but the props were kind of disappointing. They looked and felt flimsy, and a lot of them seemed worn out. I was expecting something a bit nicer based on how it was described, so it definitely felt like the promise didn’t really match the reality.
